I purchased the App+ but then it get me double paid. That means 2 transactions was deducted from my bank acount.

Update!!!!! My bank help me to dispute the duplicate transactions. But i'm not sure if they dispute the right one. Can you guys please check ? ( urgent)

Update, my bank said both transactions all approve by their ends, so that means both transactions might go through to you guys ends. Can you guys have a look please ?

Update again, no action will be made until i heard somethinrg from u guys. It means no dispute from the bank , yet. Will wait for me to make final decision. No rush here.
