If I buy app+ will I be able to download the vip exclusive games?

As vippro seems sh!t for the price. 
 

I already have my own cert I only want to install the apps/games

    ViP and App+ are different subscription

    App+ is personal certificate. If you already have your own cert then no need for App+

    You can download IPA and use your own cert to sign with Feather / ESign

    Yes, if you need to access cheats that require ViP. If not then just follow the guide above to download free IPA
