Help/Support App Store or Safari ain't opening

For a while, App Store stopped letting me update or download apps and now App Store or Safari ain't opening.

I don't have much info, I don't even know why this happened but I need quite a lot of help.

 

iOS 9.0.2 btw if needed

did you try Hard reboot? If still doesnt work just do a backup and restore it it's not jailbroken anyway.

their isn't any jb for ios 9.2 and ios 9.2 is in beta now

yeah wth im on 9.1 cant even jailbreak it because theres no jb for it yet.

Try it in safe mode

log out of app store, reboot log on.
