Help/Support dragon ball legends communication error

Hello, I have an iPhone 11 with iOS 26.2. I've been using the game with mods for 3 days, but this morning I received an error when I tried to log in: "A communication error has occurred (error code: CR190001). Do I need to uninstall and redownload the IPA file, following the entire procedure? To use my account on dlb mod, I transferred all my data. Thanks everyone in advance.

Now it works, it seems that it was an event problem, but if the store in the mod app doesn't work it means that we don't even get the gift boxes
