Help/Support App+++ For my son iPad UDID not found

I purchased app++ for my son iPad auto UDID Retrieved Successfully! than pay with Pay Pal it charged successfully. But when I check status it said my udid not found. Need help activate app+++

Do you have the other transaction ID too?

There are no transactions with this transaction ID. Can you please elaborate on what the PayPal says? Who did you make the payment to?
