The iPad Pro isn't just for someone that just wants it to play games, surf the web, etc.

I recommend the iPhone 6 there aren't any dramatic hardware changes, the 6s is thicker and heavier, the new features in the iPhone 6s aren't intriguing enough for me to spend a high amount for some non-innovative features, yeah 3d touch is something you might want, but for now I think buying a much cheaper iPhone 6/6+ is your best option
