Help/Support Travel town suspended a 4th term me from VIP

IOS gods VIP account for Travel town has been suspended a 4th time.  
I can not play game for 3-5 days each time they suspend me.  
 

How do I stop this from happening.

Have they came back to you with any updates on this?

My vip expired and wondering what is the point of paying again if I get banned. 
Also this version messed my coins and diamonds and they go in minus so unable to level up. 
 

I guess if the hack is not going to find a way to avoid the banning then no point even to pay for any of the subscription.

Please explain what you mean by a duplicate app. If I reinstall the app and will restart my timer from the beginning for the ban.
