Apologies for the delay. Where have you contacted us? I'm not seeing any messages from your account.

I have refunded the duplicate purchase on your account. It seems like you paid for the initial term & then the renewal right after.

I see there's a refund on a charge already. Please send me a PM with screenshot of the double charge as I'm not seeing it on our end.
