I deleted it and then installed it but it still won't let me hit the delete button or install or modify please help

I have old iOS 7 cydia I ran r.a.t I then reinstall cydia and it gave me old iOS 7 cydia and I click it then it crashes please help ps ifile is gone

But b4 I had iOS 9.0.2 cydia and the install button would not do anything so I made poor decisions please help

If you don't have any tweaks or helpful apps installed to troubleshoot this Cydia issue then you're kinda out of luck.

 

Check to see if you have OpenSSH installed at least or Apple File Conduit "2"/iFile. If you don't have those, then there's not much you can do to fix the issue.

Can u please help me update cydia or over right the previous version of the jailbrake and rejailbrake it with the current cydia?

As I stated, if you don't have any of the above, you're out of luck. You cannot re-jailbreak if you're already Jailbroken. Latest Pangu and TaiG do not allow that.
