Help/Support App Search problem

[Whitescale 1 iPhone Xr 18.6.2]

Is there a problem with the search feature on the app OR is there a way to adjust my search to search for exact words?  Recently anytime I search a game, it sends me a myriad of different games.  Even if I put the title in exactly, it sends me all of these games to sort through.

I was curious about the VIP membership, it looked like Rook had posted several discount promo codes for the membership but the last one was in February and it no longer works.  I was wondering if you know if there will be any more VIP coupon codes for this year?    And also another member mentioned in the general chat that they were having problems with the system recognizing his newly purchased VIP membership and he couldn't access the VIP section, was that issue ever addressed, if there was a issue as he was claiming?
