I reported an issue with my Jailbreak VIP subscription back in October, but it has not been resolved yet.

I have noticed that my subscriptions are overlapping. The system currently shows:

- Subscription A: 2025/08/08 – 2025/11/08
- Subscription B: 2025/10/30 – 2026/01/30
- Subscription C (recently purchased): 2025/11/30 – 2026/03/02

Hi I wish to purchase but I renewed recently but purchased the VIP i was trying to purchase the sale but can’t seem to find where I can purchase with the coupon. Can you please help or advise me before the sale ends

I didn't even enter any card numbers, I just pressed enter coupon and I accidentally restarted the app. After that, I can't enter any numbers. How can I fix this?
