Help/Support Last day on earth not working

So I’ve been playing last day on earth. I mostly had no problems except with update 1.42. Upon downloading it asked me to upgrade to VIP but I’m not only vip but it was paid on the 20th. Now I can’t even get into the game. After I open the app & get to iOSGods.com I’m able to get to the game for 2 seconds. The character stands up & im immediately booted from the game. I tried changing priority web browsers but that doesn’t work. Nothing seems to work. I’m at a loss on what to do…any help would be appreciated.
