Help/Support Cydia: Cydo returned error code (2)

hello! i Loaded up cydia today and i was trying to install a app and when ipresses install it gave me a error (sub-prosses /usr/libexec/cydia/cydo return an error code (2) if i try installanything it gives me the same error all of my cydia tweaks and apps dont work or cydia says i need to reinstall the apps/tweaks again 

i have tried many attempts to fix this but i have failed many time

Have you let your sources refresh all the way? It may take a while.. Try rebooting, also.

Do this, go on a Cydia tweak and press install but dont install it after, press cancel.

I think Cydo has to do with Cydown.

What tweaks do you have installed?

when i go to settings and scroll down i don't see any tweaks or apps like usual but when i go to my homescreen i can see ifile, i cleaner, cydia, smsflooder, appcake. also when i open cydia and go to my recent installed i see all my apps/tweaks like xmodgames and phantom but i don't see them in my settings like usual

this happened to me in ios 8.4 and thats why i lost my jb (until 9.0.2 came along). ive tried all the possible techniques that i read here in the forum, on the internet and other forums, i cant install/uninstall a tweak, cant add repo, but everything seems to work fine, but its annoying that you cant add a repo or touch any tweaks installed in cydia. i even tried asking help in reddit but they basically gave me the same instructions and it didnt do anything.

 

the only thing that helped was to restore my ipad
