Help/Support Cydia and some applications aren't opening after reboot

I jailbreaked again. I opened Cydia. It was preparing file system. Then my iDevice rebooted. Now I can't find my AppStore, Cydia, FaceTime, GameCenter icons. I tried "Restoring home screen layout" but it didn't work.

I solved this problem and edited my post, but thanks for your idea.
