Screen shot says it can't find the proper files for siri port to be installed. that means it's not installed.

Thats a "boot loop", and if you can't boot into safe mode that essentially means the device is bricked and needs to be restored. Steer away from the bootloop of death

You'd have to re-jailbreak it... Did you get yourself in a boot loop?

Try to uninstall it using mobile terminal
