Help/Support Cannot install any IPA

Does anyone know how to fix this? ive been using sideloadly awhile an altstore but recently i havent been able to refresh my apps, i get this error on sideloadly an altstore it wont allow me to install any ipa

I believe thje servers are being overwhelmed right now by apple, this is actually effecting  everyone, even people using paid developer accounts. iOS 26 dropped today
