Hi everyone,

I’ve installed a couple of hacks on my jailbroken iPad 6th gen (iOS 17.7.9), but none of them show the menu. I installed them through iGameGod using Normal Installation, and in Sileo it shows that the hacks packages are installed. I also verified that the hack bundle IDs match the apps, and even tried removing and rejailbreaking the device, but the issue persists. Not sure if it makes a difference, but I used palen1x for the jailbreak.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

The hacks I tried were:

I assume your jailbreak is rootless and you use iGG to install the deb so it will automatically convert it to support rootless. Check if you have installed these packages before installing iGG: ldid (L not i), fakeroot, odctools then reinstall iGG

If still not work then you can try using Derootifier instead of iGG to manual convert the deb to rootless environment

First of all, go to your Files settings → Trash and disable “Use Trash” so deleted files are removed completely.
You probably have leftover .deb files from previous installs using Filza or other methods that need to be cleared.

Next:

Go to /var/jb/usr/lib/TweakInject/ (for rootless jailbreak , i dont know the exact loction for rootless but i think this is it ) and remove all .dylibs related to old hacks or iGameGod.

Also check /var/jb/usr/lib/ and /var/jb/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ for leftover files and delete them.

If you prefer using NewTerm, you can run:

su
(Enter your root password )
rm -rf /var/jb/usr/lib/TweakInject/*
rm -rf /var/jb/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/*

this will clean everything and u can continue installing new deb files then , usually cleaning trash box adn deleteing every deb files try via sileo or filza should help.

I removed the jailbreak and redid it, but this time I made sure all the mentioned packages were installed before iGG, and now it worked. I guess I was missing some in my previous attempts. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the help! I’ll keep it in mind in case it happens again.
