Help/Support Failed attempt to login

[Jennyq 26 iPad Air (5th gen) 18.0.0]

One game logins successfully to iosgods but other two doesn’t login, I’ve tried turning off/on internet and logging out/in from the website. Not jailbroken

The games tend to show error message after playing for a while with only the option to "retry" or visit iosgods, when I click retry it appears again and when I click to open iosgods that app closes

Still the same issue till now. If there was a way to send you the error message
