im unsure about the correct way to report this because there is different information wherever i look. in the transfer confirmation mail it says to contact via email where i got no answer in the past 2 weeks. the faq says to message rook. but he hasn’t read the dm yet and at the top in the dms is a banner saying dms aren’t supposed to be used for support so i’m kinda confused

No more slot left so you cannot transfer. @Rookcan you assist this case
