Help/Support Issues with Travel Town ViP Download

Hello. 
I am having some issues with travel town. At first I had it downloaded and working with my vip privileges only issue is it was still using energy and did not give me the freeze option when I hit the little mushroom guy. I was advised by a friend to delete it and redownload. When I tried to redownload one version opens nd closes right away the second version works but I no longer have my vip privileges but it does give me the option to freeze energy. I am not sure what to do. I’ve turned my phone off nd cleared browser history multiple times and I am having. The same issue. I would appreciate some help. If I could at least get to where I can use my VIP privileges at least since I jus paid for it and would like to get the most out of my money.

Hello!

You may be getting confused because there's a ViP & Free version of the app. The Free version only has the freeze feature and the ViP version has a energy adding feature when used. I'll add the freeze feature to the ViP version of the app too and update it for you.

Please download the latest ViP version.

Not trying to jump on this post, but does the free version no longer work? It’s asking for vip credentials as of this morning.

Make sure you're not confusing the cheats. The free version only has one feature available.

I’m on the correct one and it saying vip failed. It’s been working for me for a couple weeks, but today it started saying that.

I’ll try uninstalling and installing it back but I’m 100% sure that I’m clicking on the proper one. Whenever I clicked the little guy on the right the only option I have is freeze energy and it’s not working because it says VIP fail.

So I uninstalled and installed again and I’m still getting the VIP fail, this patch is only for VIP user.
 

And I’m 100% sure I’m using the free version
