I'm trying to learn to crack games and become a iOS hacker but everywhere I'm reading I see you need to use clutch when I Download it it doesn't show in settings I'm running IOS 9.0.2 anyone help please

Clutch is a console command 

Use Clutch in terminal or SSH to activate

It won't show in setting 

Install iOS terminal from cydia Or Install Putty in your laptop and run this command

su

alpine

I have installed SSH BUT again I can't find it in settings : + I have terminal installed also

It won't show up in setting , Install SSh from cydia and ios terminal

Open ios terminal and run this command

okay once I go through and crack the app buy selecting the number next to the app where do I go from there ?

Yeh did skim over that earlier but what is binary ?
