Help/Support Knarl quest crashes game

Hello, my hogwarts mystery game has been unable to open all day. It’s completely glitched out on this Knarl’s big day quest, keeps saying no master history for the side quest. I’m so sad I can’t even play my game AT ALL. I’ve tried unloaded and reloading the game with the install. I’ve tried my not modded one on two separate phones. I don’t know what to do but I really don’t want to lose my progress I’m already way into year 6 and I have TONS of animals both reserve and pets. AND most of my friends are maxed out and I’m on the final dating level as well😭😭 I have no idea where to turn to because I’m worried if I send in a help ticket they’re going to see I’ve been CLEARLY cheating

Yes sorry, was at work. But when I go on the other non modded Facebook linked account t still crashes with the knarls big day quest but I’m very worried if I send an error request form they will see the 30,000+ gems and all these items and animals I’ve got for free and block me

Sound like a game issue even with non modded version

That’s what I was afraid of. I’m going to try and wait and see if it works when quest times out or if they update game soon
