Help/Support jb doesnt works right because something in cydia deleted itself

Hey guy i have a problem i have a jailbroken iphone 5s with ios 9.0.2 and while I updated tweaks in cydia something went wrong and cydia pushed me to clean somehting and nothing worked without it so yeah i cleaned an tweak or whatever it was and now my jb works not really like hacks and tweaks dont work anymore

 

I guess it cleaned something that was imporant and gets installed with ever jb

 

anyone has an ideas what i should or an list about what is required for jb and installed after you jailbroke?

Never delete shit you dont know what it is >_>

 

 

Remove all tweaks/hacks that youre not using.

Some Tweaks can f**kup ur phone.

Remove cydia substrate and reboot 

install tweak one by one

If you can't see tweaks in Settings app, you should re-install Cydia Substrace or Rocket.... ( I forgot this tweak but you can find this "Rocket...." in Cydia offical repo.
