Hi I also have problem after leveling up fraction to level 5 I get this msg “could not load fractioncapitalslocationscenes” and after I try to start game again it stays stuck at loading screen 62% with same msg. I understand it can’t download some files. But without leveling up fraction it not possible to progress in game.

This seems to be a game issue on sideloading. The mod works but you cannot download the additional resources. You will level up factions and lock yourself out.

So theres really no point on progressing since u get stuck and it doesnt sync ur data in gamecenter?

On jailed thats correct. Jailbreak works great.

Game Center works on Apple and Google play works on Google.

I play on my phone and my iPad. But not jailed, jailbroken.
