General Is A Linux better based OS better?

I just got my hand on a pc with Lubuntu installed on it fresh since my windows pc hard drive went out in wondering if anybody knows if a Linux OS is better for creating tweak hacks ect...

I thought so Windows was okay but after spending time on Lubuntu Liinux I'm loving it so much more convenient having the terminal other than CMD on Windows also I've noticed its way easier installing applications & programs aswell

I am pretty sure that Linux is better for writing tweaks and mods. It may be lacking though in terms of software and gaming, but if you're aiming at coding, then it's a good choice. I am currently using Linux through my Dell Chromebook, not that easy but quite fun, plus, when I use the terminal, I feel like a professional typing various commands and such. You'll also feel good when you manage to solve a problem on Linux because of how complex it is, it feels like an achievement.

Linux is definitely better for coding as it comes with a lot of support for the various languages already. Haven't heard of Lubunutu though, might want to try the original Ubuntu or Fedora instead for a more supported experience

Install OSX. That way you gan get the linux features and an OS that looks great and has lots of programs available to you.
