I was curious if the unlocked all on mobile will transfer the unlocked all to pc or console? If I hover on pc or console with the same account linked on my mobile will the unlocked all still be there if I link it to my pc or console? Or is it just a visual thing? Let me know please.

It does not unlock items permanently. Its purpose is to look at unreleased items and use them in lobby or you could use the emotes in some maps.

How does one even use it ? I don’t see a menu or anything indicating to enable the mod

no need to enable anything it just gives you the items

no it will not transfer or give you the items permanently.
