Help/Support Shmoo's complicated ways of installing hacks!!!!!

Hey guys,i was playing gangstar vegas and searched for the hack and got shmoo's hack and he was saying that he has made his hack in a .zip file (here's the link-http://iosgods.com/topic/18923-how-to-correctly-install-hacks-that-i-made/)so i opened link and got some steps and followed them and got stuck on 5 (im on ios 9),from 5 im stuck on it and want someone to explain me every line nicely......THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!

On step 5, go to /var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Application/game.app/.

 

Then next step is to paste the hacked binary and overwrite the binary so the game is running the modded binary. Then, just set permissions to 0777. Install the .deb and enjoy.
