Help/Support Need help with my cydia disappearing!!

Can anyone help me with my cydia ok so I just installed a cydia tweak and then I unlocked my phone and there was no cydia nor my cydia apps need help!! Is there a deb file ??

Then reinstall UIKit Tools package.
