Ok, so i upgraded all of my packages then it got stuck in the apple logo for a few hours!!!

please help!

Boot into Safe Mode and downgrade Cydia Substrate or remove it completely for now.

Hold Power and home button. As soon as the apple screen shows up, let go of the power button and press the volume up and home button. Hold it until it boots properly. After that, downgrade Cydia Substrate to the previous version.

downgrade? how do you downgrade.

Click on the package > Modify > Downgrade
