Help/Support Bootloop of Death

How can I determine which Tweak is causing my phone to go into the boot loop of death? I recently installed some tweaks and now my phone is stuck. I can get into safemode but I don't know which tweak is causing it. how do i just disable tweaks? 

There is a a DPKG_LOCKED error on a tweak I need to remove

 

UPDATE: I successfully removed EVERY tweak I installed prior to the bootloop but my phone is still stuck on the apple logo.. Now what?

Now im getting a usr/libexec/cydia/cydo returned an error code

In Cydia there Is a tweak I forgot name it tells you what tweak and or app caused the crash. It is in the title screen of Cydia il try to find it.

You Can also tell me the tweaks installed and I may determine the crash
