What repo is that? And AppSync shouldn't have anything to do with AppStore not installing apps.

AppSync might make it so that you can install with appcake

Happend to me before..:

Hardboot and respring then put in safe mode then make it run out of battery.

I had your problem befor what i did is to reset all settings in settings then try to reboot your device and if it still dosen't work wait for new jailbreak update
