Not needed. I learned it myself in case I require it. And for whatever reason I managed to get banned while doing it  

I cannot say if its because of that or not or because of the very heavy use but as you said; not needed because it really went server side for most important components.

A completely maybe unusual question:

is it possible to add something like a timer each of the cheats (something like for every 30 seconds activate cheat-no-1 for ten seconds then disable and repeat) ?

 

this would help for some automation farming gems and keys

I don't use sideloading, I use eSing. I have played this game before by loading it with ESing. Can you please do it that way?
