I can’t get into the game even though I did the steps

So I downloaded battlecats Jp hack and already did the steps but when I tried to get into the game it told me that I still need internet connection to confirm it even though I still have internet connection. Anyone knows why this happens?

    What is your iOS version? How did you install the IPA?

    Make sure you from JP cause there is a chance game is region locked
