Today iam going to explain on how to fix the boot loop with cydia 0.9.6000 

 

How to know when your in a boot loop 

 

 

You know when you are in a boot loop when your device wont turn on.
you will know this when the only thing that shows is the apple logo.

 

 

What can cause a boot loop

 

 

A boot loop is usaly caused by a bad tweak
It can also happen when you interruped a cydia update
Sometimes before you enter a boot loop your idevice freezes

 

 

Install Crash Reporter

 

 

Make sure you install crash reporter it will help a lot
it is free on cydia
is also still works in safe mode

 

 

How to  fix the boot loop

 

 

Option one:
Make sure you can reset your idevice
Hold down the home and the power button at the same time for about 5 seconds.
do this until the screen turns black.
then just reboot your idevice

Option two:
Enter safe mode
to enter safe mode first hold down the home and the power button for 5 seconds.
then hold down the power button until the apple logo pops up
then release the power button and then hold the volume up button
then wait until the lockscreen pops up
When in safe mode try uninstalling or reinstall tweaks you just installed
you can see recently installed tweaks at installed and then recent

Option three:
Downgrading Cydia
First enter your device in safe mode
then go in to cydia and go to installed
then find cydia substrate and go to downgrade
then select the previous version of choise
then reboot

 

Option 4:

Respring while on black screen 

it sometimes hangs on the apple logo

 

Option 5:
Restore
if all of this fail you should try restoring
YOU WILL LOSE YOUR JAILBREAK
So check if your latest version can be jailbroken

Respring your phone while on black screen

 

sometimes it just hangs on apple logo so just respring.

CrashReporter is my favourite. My SB has crashed, I found problem with CrashReporter in Safe Mode.
