Help/Support Endless Safe Mode

I have had a jail broken ipad for at least a year and I went to Cydia and tried to install a tweak. It took too long and I tried to close Cydia. I am not that experienced with Cydia and all the coding stuff, but I restarted my device after cydia being closed and it was stuck on Apple logo. I knew how to get into safe mode by using the volume button and did that. After I was in safe mode I tried to restart and it didn't work. I also removed many cydia tweaks and it didn't work. I have been trying to research how to fix the "endless safe mode" but have found nothing. It would be great if you guys could help me.????

There's nothing you can do then to restore and rejailbreak.

Just experienced this..

 

To solve it: Hold down the power and home button. As soon as the apple screen pops up, stop pressing down the power button and  press the volume up button with the home button. 

or you can downgrade Cydia Substrate.

What will downgrading Substrate do?

yes it keeps sending me into safe mode

What version iOS are you on and what cyia substate version did you Downgrade to?
