Hi, last month I purchased App+ and recently had to replace my device. When I fill in the required information on the transfer page I receive the error message”This device not eligible replacement.” Any help regarding this would be appreciated, thanks.

PM @Rook and provide your old UDID + New UDID

Also just to reminder you can only transfer your UDID 1 time, if you already did it in the past it may not work
