Help/Support BitLife Age Backwards/Age Down does not work

After I updated the app, the red button is now greyed out and can no longer be clicked. Is anyone else having this issue?

TimeMachine is no longer work I believe. Since I don't play the game so idk how to troubleshoot

What is most interesting is that my time machine broke down not because of an update, but right during the game. the button just became gray, I wanted to find it through the tab, but it just disappeared

I asked chatgpt and it said go into activity tabs and use time machine from there

You can’t use the Time Machine on your first life. On the bottom right of the screen hit “Activities” then scroll to the bottom until you see “Surrender” then hit that then start another life, then it’ll just be greyed out. 
 

As for using Time Machine in the menu; for some reason since it’s disabled completely tje option to use it is gone
