Help/Support VIP but still only got 3 download limit per day instead of 10 in decrypted app store

Hi

Sorry for the post but not sure where else to ask as I have waited an hour to see if things update but nothing has worked yet.

I Paid VIP subscription but still only got 3 download limit per day instead of 10 in decrypted app store. It recognises I am subbed and now lets me decrypt old versions but has still only let me download 3 instead of the 10 for the sub.

I logged in and out and it hasnt helped.

Any help please?

Its the next day and while the store did say 10 downloads over my avatar, I have downloaded 3 and its says quota exceeded and the 10 changed to zero. So I am genuinely not getting the 10 downloads

Have you tried logging out and login again? Clear browser cache and history

If issue persist only @Rook can investigate

Hi yes ive tried that but it didnt help sadly, still have the issue.

I think there's a bug where if you upgrade to ViP, you'll still have the same remaining quota as the system thinks you've used it all up in your ViP state.

This should correct itself when the quota is reset but we'll investigate to fix this issue too.
