I'm positive you're not on the right path cause it can't just be blank, if you have apps this is where they're files would go

 

 

Ohhhhh this must be the reason, I haven't worked with the iOS 9+ filesystem.

Sorry bro, like I said I don't know about the filesystem in iOS 9, I'm running 8.4

Filza works fine, I'm on iOS 9.0.2  :)

how you do it i meant cause i know it works ,can you do it with filza ?

Are you able to access apps in var/mobile/containers/bundles/applications?

in filza we can access them  but i don't think we can set permission 777
