Help/Support My vip payment is not activated, already paid

I have pay 35$ for Ios god vip 3 months 3 days ago, but until now i dont see my VIP, it still pending and admin dont reply me in inbox, maybe there is a problem or i got scam or something else? Anyone can help me?

Your payment need to be manual get approved. If it get declined your money will be refunded back into your bank account

@Laxus i have receiver an email that the payment has been refund, but i dont see the money refund to my apple pay, also my bank account in VietNam, how long that i can receive the money an pay again?
