Having a crash after account details login. Account being banned?

@Alphem try deleting it and reinstalling it.  It could be a data overflow.

i have to do it with official app from time to time.

if your a guest account just make a new facebook account and link it to that account.

 

@Laxus if you plan to keep it with out IGG would it be possible to release 2 versions 1 with and one without?

I tried with the official app, able to load up my account. I tried custom duplicate installation without IGG and a notice pop up “failed to reset shop” with Retry and Next Time options. 
 

Trying Retry several times will hang the game while Next Time will crash the game.

@Belpopo this game is one of the few game i know doesn’t like duplicated apps.

you can delete both and try with the IOSgods version and see if it logs in, or if it still crashes on log in.

can access the guest account, but Existing my Facebook account, it will crash. Is there a way?

Still crashes on log in. That’s quite perplexing

I’m no expert just giving advice that i know work with apps when they crash.

they may have moved things around to make space or to fight APKs.

Did you try new update? I don't see anything wrong on my devices at all

Yes, I did. New accounts works well old accounts unable to load up. 
 

Original app wise old account able to load up.
