Help/Support Theos installing errors and problems

Need theos for something, and even though I haven’t installed it in a while I don’t remember giving me such headaches .

ios 16 dopamine, started by installing theos dependencies and NewTerm.

After reading and following the theos guide installation which is just a couple commands, the first error was a cloning git error I believe, which I “fixed” by switching networks and the installation proceed accordingly. Next when I tried to do $THEOS/bin/nic.pl it said no such file or directory, even though it was there in Filza, tried to export/change directory no success. Tired I decided to “delete everything” and start over with the installation. Ended up deleting the folder in Filza and tried to install it again now it says it’s installed it stills gives me the no such file or directory error and to top it all off I don’t even have the files in Filza anymore, what should I do halp

I don’t know much about theos for mobile, but the location should be in “mobile” directory. Also you can’t run $THEOS I guess because you don’t have zsh installed I think. To run it just cd into the folder from your home directory “mobile” so “cd theos/bin” then run “chmod +x nic.pl” to give permission to the file then run “pwd” to get the directory and copy it. Then you can go to whatever directory you want and paste it (remember to add nic.pl)

I do have zsh though 🤔 I’ll try to run it again like you said
