im also getting the same thing.. ive tried  reinstall several times, ive unblocked the DLL and exe . idk if he is  also on win11

it's probably a windows 11 issue tbh. I heard that windows 11 breaks a lot of programs.

I think I know how this works. You download pro features/transitions or whatever and use it on timeline. Then if you would like to export it already, then switch to crack to be able to export. I might be wrong but I guess that's how it is.
