This mod takes me to iosddl which is where most of the iosgods debs are downloaded through. Is it directing you somewhere else?

You're referring to the iOSGods App so I think you are not jailbroken and looking for IPA file. This topic is for Jailbroken devices, for Non-JB use this topic
