Hello,

I received an email a couple of weeks ago that my iOSGods App+ was ready to install. I purchased my subscription in March of this year, so I am within the transfer window.

When trying to fill out the transfer form, it won’t allow me. Rook said my subscription is ineligible for transfer. I tried sending a few more messages over the past weeks trying to explain that I should be eligible for transfer, but have not heard back. I’m sure his inbox is constantly overflowing.

Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this?

How can I transfer my iOSGods App+ Subscription to my new UDID/iDevice? I bought a new device and now my App+ won't install!?
For security and cost reasons we can only allow one UDID/Device transfer during your first 6 months of subscription term time.
