Understand that most of the staff are volunteers from what I understand. I do believe there is a requests tab that you could turn this into a full formal feature.

Just be patient. Last time it took 40+ days. It‘s a loong ride but nothing we can do.

If you see this, then everything works as planned and all you have to do is wait and reload this page from time to time until it works.
