Help/Support Jailbreak Error

Ok, so I have iOS 9 and downloaded the latest pangu jailbreak tool. Whenever I connected my device, I received a pop-up notification on my laptop telling me to respond on my device by pressing the "trust this computer" button. I did that, but the pop-up just kept reappearing over and over again no matter how many times I responded in my device. Therefore, I couldn't even get started with the jailbreak process. Any way to fix this?

iTunes was open, but that pop-up kept reappearing no matter how many times I closed it. It caused iTunes to be glitchy and gave me some weird error. It wouldn't let me begin the jailbreak process.

i don't know if this make different but do you have the latest itunes version?

I don't think I do. I haven't updated it for a while. Would that cause the errors?

I think yes try to update it to the latest version
