is that possible to do video call using Facebook messenger on IOS 7.......Actually 

i have problem with my Facebook messenger the video call icon not showing in my messenger...i can see only audio call icon.. messenger running latest version on ios 7

No dida i dnt have flex or any tweak for messenger i dnt know why its not working and showing icon for video call

The person you're trying to video call probably hasn't enabled permissions for video calling, or vice versa.
