I bought a new ipad after my previous ipad was lost

Ipad mini wifi A1432

i Jailbroken it and installed some after installing tweaks it restarted and now stuck on apple logo

it is giving me nuts

Thing i have tried

1: Sleep button and Home button To exit out of boot mode no effect

2:Some freaking software such as reiboot and other but no gain

I can`t restore bcz there some data which i want any help

Yes, which is why Pangu mentions twice to backup your phone before starting the Jailbreak...

Can you go into Safe Mode at least?

I had that issue once, had to plug iPad into computer and do a hard reboot, home and power button, let it cycle on and off a couple of times then turn it on.
