The ban usually bans a account after 4 days if u have been flagged by their ban system, if ur account can survive over 5-6 days then whatever u have been doing is safe.
What i do to progress the game fast with legit gameplay

- Daily login for chest, freeze chest and summon for special tab resources. Just 1 chest is enough to last u a lifetime from freezing.

-freeze costume summon currency to summon and get all available costumes, each costume owned grants slight owned buffs

-hero advancement of any rank hero to ultimate tier, make sure the hero characteristic only consist of Strong, Man of Steel and Heroic to maximise Damage/Def/Damage+Atk Speed. Just keep summoning until u get these characteristics for heroes. ( do not max out every stat, prioritise Atk Speed, Atk, Crit, Evade, DEF for Damage dealers. HP DEF Atk Speed Evade for Tanks. Ignore maxing / upgrading mood stamina etc.

- Lv20 equipment advancement scroll(obtainable from chest summon) freeze this and max out all equipment to +20

- Ultimate equipment scroll(chest) freeze and use this to advance all equipment to ultimate tier (might cause a ban if abused)

- always change and upgrade ur gears and equipment to match current difficulty

just play it patiently, dont rush it with 1 hitting bosses etc, 1 hitting bosses/dungeon almost guarantees a ban. For PvP, dont use ur ultimate hunters, use low tier hunters to max legendary tier unless u are in high difficulty such as super boosted and above then sure go ahead and use ultimate tier hunters to prevent ur opponent from reporting ur account. Getting reported in pvp will get ur account flagged and highly triggers ban.

Do not freeze paragons. Having maxed paragons will get u flagged unless ur account age is old enough (minimum couple of months or u have made purchases in the game.

Hope this guide can help those that actually enjoys this game and wants to play it long term.

My account has been alive for months now, one if the most important tips for those thats asking me is that the ACCOUNT AGE is very important, as in dont rush the progress, take it slow. If u rush from nothing to like nightmare etc in a day u will be banned. I slowly played fof 1month and got to chaosx1 in 3weeks and been fine. I am now abyssx10

And also, if u know how to use IGG memory editor, u can get all PvP currency without playing much PvP.

Colosseum medals:Play PvP get tokens, use IGG and modify amount

Arena token: play some PvP, wait for season to end and get a couple Arena medals, go to pvp shop buy the cheapest item and find the value with IGG to modify

Champion token: Exchange with Arena token at the Trading wagon

Note that u can use IGG and modify any value under materials tap without getting ban. But do not use IGG to modify Special Tab!

For Special Tab just use freeze currency function, u wont get ban.

The 3 things that leads to auto bans are

1. Free IAP

2. Progressing the game way too fast, for example multiple difficulties in a day

3. Getting reported in PvP, save 3 characters to use in PvP (just get them to legendary with upgrade stones will do as u dont have to win to get tokens)
